General Manager Operations

  • Experience : 10-12 Years

Education Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering is required, with an MBA/PGDM considered an added advantage.
  • Proven leadership in project sales and turnkey/EPC execution
  • Strong techno-commercial negotiation and contract management skills

Job Description

  • Own P&L including order intake, revenue, margins, working capital, and cash flow
  • Define and execute a 3–5 year business and portfolio strategy for products and turnkey solutions
  • Lead GTM strategy for India and export markets, including key accounts, tenders, pricing, and closures
  • Oversee end-to-end solutioning, engineering governance, costing, and technical compliance
  • Lead EPC project execution ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and margin protection
  • Drive supply chain strategy including make-vs-buy, vendor development, and quality systems
  • Build service/AMC offerings with strong warranty governance and customer satisfaction focus
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams with clear KPIs, SOPs, and performance culture
